Origin & geography
Grown across Guntur, Prakasam, Khammam and Warangal, harvested between November and May. Cultivars are matched to soil and water tables that have been refined over decades.
We procure, destem, sun-cure and grade premium Guntur chillies — with one technology platform coordinating ten operating teams in real time, so every kilo we ship is traceable, consistent and on-spec.
Guntur is home to Asia's largest chilli market, where India's red-gold trades in lakhs of bags every season. Hot, dry summers, red sandy-loam soils and a century of farmer expertise produce chillies prized for pungency, colour value and oleoresin yield — the three numbers buyers care about most.

Guntur produces a meaningful share of India's chilli output and supplies domestic spice masters, oleoresin extractors, food-service and global retail brands. Quality at origin sets the benchmark for the rest of the industry.
We export eight Guntur varieties spanning the full range of pungency (12K–110K SHU), colour (40–140 ASTA) and length (5–13 cm). Each variety carries a fixed identity colour — the same chip used in our filters and detail cards — so what you order on paper is exactly what arrives in the bag.
Our hottest open-pollinated variety. Deep red skin, dense capsaicin — the chilli of choice for oleoresin extraction and hot pickles.
The hottest in the portfolio — a hybrid bred for capsaicin yield. Used by extractors, hot-sauce makers and industrial spice processors.
Mild heat, clean red colour and a reliable medium length. The retail workhorse — at home in domestic kitchens and packaged blends.

Every batch flows through seven gates. Each gate captures weight, moisture, variety and a session ID — the same ID every team can pull up in seconds.
Visual sort and on-the-spot moisture, colour and foreign-matter check at source. Anything off-spec is rejected before it ever moves toward the yard.
Independent lab analysis for moisture, ASTA colour value, Scoville pungency, aflatoxin and pesticide residue. Numbers buyers can trust before any procurement decision is made.
Lab-cleared lots are sourced from trusted growers across Guntur, Prakasam, Khammam and Warangal. Each intake gets a session ID at the gate.
Mechanical destemming followed by a manual finish. Stems and calyx are removed without bruising the pod, preserving colour value.
Open-yard exposure on clean tarpaulin, turned on schedule, brought down to a target moisture range buyers can rely on.
Sorted by variety, size, colour value and pungency band — packed under the grade the buyer ordered, never re-labelled.
Food-grade packing, lot codes printed on the bag, dispatch documents generated against the same session ID that started at the farm gate.
From source to dispatch, every team operates on a single platform with shared, real-time data. The result is consistent decisions, clean handoffs and end-to-end visibility across the supply chain.
Headquartered in Guntur, Vivardhaa brings together decades of chilli trade expertise with technology, lab-level quality control, and ten specialized teams. The result: complete transparency and dependable quality for our global customers, every season and every container.
A chilli is a promise. The grade on the bag has to match the chilli inside — every time. That belief shapes how we procure, how we price and how technology leads us forward.
Ten teams, one platform. Every batch is traceable from farm to customer — that's how we serve consistently and how technology keeps sharpening our operations.
Spice masters, oleoresin extractors, packaged-food brands, foodservice distributors and exporters who need their Teja, 334, 341 and Number 5 to land identical, container after container.
